My reading assignment book I chose to read was Revolver. The major characters in my book are Wolff the antagonist, Einar the father, Maria the mother, Anna the daughter, and last but not least Sig the son and the main character in this thriller novel. The setting takes place in Antarctica, in a town called Giron. The conflict between my characters is very strong with Wolff and Sig. Wolff comes for Sig's dad Enar who fell through ice and died from hypothermia. And since Sig inherited from his father, Sig has what Wolff wants. And Sig has no idea of what Wolff is talking about, which then leads to a lot of preasure build up between them. I have a feeling though that there is going to be a movie about this book because this book got a lot of good reviews. When I was researching books to read, this one popped out the most in how other people commented on it. I am a little confused as to why and how that a book that small and short won a Michael L. Printz Award? Other than it being a smaller and shorter read, I thought it was a good book. Plus it left me every time with suspense when ever I closed the book. I thought that it was cool that the author was actually talking about a real life event that took place in his life.
